We're in a green corner of Bemowo/Boernerowo, away from the city hustle but still in Warsaw! You'll get the exact location after contacting us - you'll see that getting here is super easy. 🌳

What is the villa's area?

The total is 564m² of creative space! Plus we have a 1305m² garden - seriously, there's room to spread out! 🏠

Can I organize a photo shoot at your place?

Of course! We have great natural light, diverse backgrounds and super atmospheric nooks. From the minimalist kitchen to the stylish study with library - each interior tells a different story! 📸

What about parking for the film crew?

No worries! We have a large garage (almost 40m²) plus a convenient driveway. You can even fit a broadcast truck here, and unload equipment stress-free! 🚛

Can communion/baptism parties be organized here?

Of course! We have a spacious living room (44m²) connected to the dining room (25m²), plus a beautiful garden with a terrace. There's also a well-equipped kitchen - the party will be amazing! 🎉

What's in the attic?

The attic is one large space - ideal for training, workshops or an office. Seriously, you can arrange it however you want! Plus the forest view - guaranteed inspiration! 💫

Is the garden available for rent?

Yes! And it's not just any garden - we have a zip line between trees, a tree house, a fireplace and a picnic terrace. The fairy-tale lighting does the job in the evening! ✨

Is your villa suitable for film productions?

It's perfect! Various interiors (from modern to classic), professional electrical installations, and proximity to Warsaw with easy access. Plus our experience with film crews - we know what you need! 🎬

What equipment can we use on site?

We have a professional coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, grill on the terrace, and picnic equipment. Everything you need for a successful production or event. But let us know what you need - we're flexible! ☕
